Accordions

Accordions are vertically stacked lists of headers used to reveal or hide associated sections of content. Section titles give users a high level overview of the content allowing the user to decide which sections to read.

Purpose

• Allow users to only engage with information they find the most relevant.

• Make information processing and discovering more effective.

• Deliver large amounts of content in a small space.

Usage

• Should only be used when a user does not need to engage with all of the content.
